My Teaching Philosophy

I believe that all children can learn. Some children learn in different ways. Some children learn at a slower pace. The point is that it is possible for all children to learn. Sometimes children just need the right teacher. It is my goal to be that right teacher. I want to inspire. I want to encourage. I want to cultivate. I want to grow hopes and dreams. I want my students to have dreams bigger than anyone has ever seen before. I am passionate about teaching and I want my students to be passionate about learning. I want to teach with love and with logic. I want to make eyes light up when something finally makes sense to a young child. I want to be there for the child that everyone else has given up on, the child who others believe can't learn. I know that failure is a part of life, but I also know you always pass failure on the way to success. ​​I will fail sometimes and so will my students, but together we will make magic. We will work as a team to achieve greatness and make dreams come true.
